LOL! Yeah, it looks like a bunch of p*ke on rice with a sprig, BUT I really commend you for posting the photo and recipe anyway! There are a lot of stews, curries and braises I make that are delicious, but I never blog about them because they look like that in photos. Perhaps, I should follow your lead and just post on the really yummy ones!

Oh and my bro has a killer version of the butter chicken that uses red, green and yellow peppers. A little Indian/American fusion style…Ahhhh-Maaaaazing. Lemme know if you’re interested in that…he cooked alot for his friends and he’s always been a bad ass in the kitchen.
