I bought a bag of bulgur recently for a recipe and only used about a cup of it. Now I know what to do with the remainder of the bag! Also, really like the fresh cilantro in this dressing!

This salad sounds amazing Leah! I went to a Moroccan restaurant lately, and it had me wondering why I don’t cook Moroccan style foods more often. The flavors are just amazing! Going to have to give this salad a try right away!
