Ah, I remember those! I don’t know why I’m convinced these are called Irish something. It was so long ago, I may be confusing my school projects, lol. I’ve never tried forgotten cookies, but I’m going to look into it. They sound so similar.

I think they were called “Forgotten Cookies”. Have you ever heard of that method (or tried it?) I’ve been meaning to ask you this, so better late than never…right? 🙂
