I’ll have to make these again, adding some spice to the cupcake batter! Sounds great!

I also did not make the pudding (I’m too lazy) but instead added 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/4 teaspoon cayenne to the cupcake batter. They were a big hit!

I never follow a recipe so instead of pudding I just put a dark chocolate square in the center. I do want to try the pudding but was short on time. I added coco to the buttercream. I wanted something a little more mexi cali. I added cinnamon and cayenne to the cupcake mix. I also increased the cayenne to my liking for the buttercream. Great build up on heat! This was a hit following my spinach enchiladas. Thank you!

I’m not sure what happened or what I may have done, but the cakes over expanded and looked like atomic bomb clouds and I wasn’t able to use them as cupcakes. That being said, I didn’t make the pudding filling because I had nothing to fill, so I ended up turning the bomb-cakes into cakepops and using the buttercream for the frosting glue. Love the flavors.
