If it’s too much meat for you, you can always freeze it for another time.

Same soup wavelength! I ended up buying pork chops and cutting those. I used two butterflied chops for this recipe.

I must be on the same soup jag you are, Leah. Pork loin cut into 1/2 chunks- that sounds like an expensive cut for soup pieces. Is there an alternate you might use?
