Ha! Lesley’s comment cracks me up! While my pumpkin archives run very deep, I am beginning to turn to maple and gingerbread as my favorite fall flavors. That being said, I have already made pumpkin truffles, pumpkin syrup, and pumpkin baked oatmeal 😀

I’ve got to try those pumpkin cinnamon rolls someday!

Ha, this is hilarious. I think Erin needs to do one of these posts, too so I can decide which one of you likes pumpkin more. 🙂

ps–I came across a pumpkin recipe recently that I think you’ll REALLY like. I hope to get it posted soon.
