I’ve never made it with cake, so I’m not sure how it will turn out. That’s completely changing the recipe as it was intended to be no bake, so the graham crackers take on a cake-like texture. If you try it, let me know how it turns out. Good luck!

Actually, I used cheesecake flavored pudding and it was great and didn’t up the calories so much. mixed it in the whipped topping.

I CHOP THE STRAWBERRIES INTO SMALL PIECES AND I MIX A FEW MINI CHOCOLATE CHIPS IN THE COOL WHIP. EACH SANDWICH IS ONE GRAHAM CRACKER BROKE IN HALF. MIX CHOPPED STRAWBERRIES,MINI CHOCOLATE CHIPS INTO COOL WHIP. PUT A LAYER ABOUT 1 INCH THICK ON HALF ON CRACKER,TOP WITH OTHER HALF AND WRAP IN PLASTIC WRAP. PUT IN FREEZER AND WAIT A FEW HOURS FOR CRACKER TO SOFTEN. WONDERFUL AND ALMOST GUILT FREE!

Hi Dorothy! Pints are a measurement of volume and this recipe calls for weight measurements, so it would depend on how much the pints weigh.
