I’ve never been to SG so I’m thinking that’s on the list for when I come into town in a couple of weeks. That shrimp looks awesome! Ugh, I can’t even begin to talk about how much I miss Nashville. Damn!!

Every time I visit The Silly Goose, I’m inspired to re-create something in my own kitchen. Arugula-walnut pesto was first; the preserved lemon polenta was most recent. Roderick Bailey is so talented.

This sounds so good! Love the thai flavors in it. Curry + coconut milk = love.

Excited to see what other shrimp dishes you have coming up. Wanna hear something gross? Until I watched a cooking show when I was like 22, I didn’t know you were supposed to devein shrimp. UGH! How gross is that. I was cooking up shrimp with their little poop tracks still in their back. Still grosses me out. Haven’t made that mistake agian.
