Excited to see what other shrimp dishes you have coming up. Wanna hear something gross? Until I watched a cooking show when I was like 22, I didn’t know you were supposed to devein shrimp. UGH! How gross is that. I was cooking up shrimp with their little poop tracks still in their back. Still grosses me out. Haven’t made that mistake agian.
