This looks amazing- sometimes the oven baked mac and cheese is a little dry, this looks so gooey and delicious.

A good bowl of mac-n-cheese is hard to beat. I’m with you on the Velveeta. I think, while some might refuse to use it, it does give the dish it’s creaminess that we crave. This looks awesome!

I love mac and cheese too! Glad you said you like the box stuff, because I used to eat that all the time when I was babysitting and I loved it. Glad this is lower calorie, now I can have mac and cheese without the guilt.
