When I was in college, I would sometimes eat the raw ramen because I was too impatient to cook it! I always loved it crunchy, but this salad looks way better than eating it by itself! I love everything about this salad and the dressing sounds fabulous!

This salad looks phenomenal! I’m a big fan of the crunchy texture AND Asian flavors, so I’m pretty sure I’d adore this salad. It sounds so fresh! Gorgeous pics, too 🙂

Interesting recipe! I’d say I have seen so many chicken salad before, but put crispy ramen in it is very new! I love chewing ramen when I was a kid. I bet it is even tastier with the chicken and all the seasoning!
