I love frittatas, but I’ve never eaten one with corn in the mix. This looks so perfect! I happen to have a “just in case” bag of frozen corn in the freezer, too. Now I think I know what I’ll use it for! 🙂

This sounds fantastic! I love frittatas but I have never thought of adding corn! I love that these are all basic pantry ingredients, perfect for weeknights when I can’t think of anything to make!

Ooooh, I love the idea of adding corn to the frittata! Bet it add a great crunchy bite and some sweetness. Yum! Love leftover frittata’s the next day for lunch with a salad.
