I love that book! So gorgeously put together. I’m not making it down for Food Blog South. That’s too cool that Birmingham has that though. I used to go to Corks & Chefs when I lived in Birmingham. May try to do that this year. I love those kind of tasting events. Nice to meet you!

We actually eat meatloaf on a pretty regular basis at my house, but I usually just make up my own recipes depending on what I currently have in the pantry or in the fridge that needs to be used up.
