I have never, ever made Brats I am sorry to say. You have made them look really delicious. Wouter is from The Netherlands and loves anything to eat that is “brat-like” so I will have to try this for him. Stay cool.

Great idea to cook them in beer first! So can you still taste a lot of beer when they’re done?

I looooove brats but rarely eat them because the husband doesn’t like them. SOB! Whenever I see them on restaurant menus, I always order one. Yours look SO good – I could go for one right now!
