My dad and I made these cookies a while back. I agree they were amazing, but a bit strange. We discovered that if you press em’ down half way through cooking it helps with the ‘fluffy-fall-apart-crumbliness”. I preferred pressing twice, but was veto’ed (?) and we did all of em’ just once. Just used a greased spoon.
