I’ve been seeing strawberries in the grocery store here in Nashville, and it’s time to make this delicious salad and think like Spring.

I make a similar salad sans the chicken allllllll the time. It was the catered salad at my friend’s wedding and I was immediately obsessed with recreating it!

Mixed greens + lightly sauteed red onions + feta (never the pre-crumbled kind, always from a block!) + strawberries + walnuts + some sort of raspberry sweet onion poppyseed dressing. For a while I recreated the dressing by mixing the raspberry dressing and sweet onion dressings from Trader Joe’s, but they discontinued the sweet onion dressing. Raspberry alone is good, though!
