I love making my own guacamole, but sometimes it is impossible to find a good avocado at the store! This looks like it would be great to use in guacamole emergencies! I’ve never tried avocado with egg salad before, but it sounds so good 🙂

In reply to Maggie. Hi Maggie! It keeps fresh for a quite a while in the fridge if you don't open it. Once opened, I found it'll keep for a few days as long as I put the plastic wrap back on the top. It does get a tinge of brown on the edges, but nothing like an avocado would.

I have the same troubles with picking avocado too! Lately I had threw away 3 avocados because I kept them in room temperature for too long time…
Those avocado paste sounds like a great choice and I’d like to try them out! How long could you keep it in the fridge?

I’m a big avocado fan too and love adding it in egg salad. Using guac is a delicious idea!

I am a big fan of avocados too and it’s no fun whenever I pick one that is no good either 🙁 Love the sound of these peakfection guacamoles and in an egg salad too? Delicious!

I love avocado egg salad sandwiches. The avocado makes such a nice alternative to mayo.

Avocado egg salad sounds amazing, Leah! I can’t believe I’ve never tried that before because of my addiction to avocados! 🙂 Looks like the perfect lunch to me!
